Sudden, vibrant, and full of energy. Our May Pizza Omakase is inspired by this moment of emergence. A season defined by vitality, growth, and the shift from gentle spring into early abundance. Each course reflects this transition: brighter flavors, deeper warmth, and a sense of movement that builds throughout the experience.
